Join us for our ninth annual Women’s Day event, co-sponsored by Palos Community Hospital and Palos Health & Fitness Center. This interactive day of insight and information will focus on helping you be your best inside and out. The day will feature New York Times best-selling author Pamela Peeke, M.D., an internationally recognized expert, physician and author in the fields of nutrition, stress and fitness. Dr. Peeke’s keynote presentation will include a three-point plan to help you begin your mental and physical transformation to a healthier life. 

Women’s Day 2010 also will help you discover what you’ve been missing. Yasemin Ozcan, M.D., a specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation, will discuss what you need to know about one of your most important supplements, one in which many Americans are deficient.
